Team collaborating in a modern office

I help organisations

big and small, drive

real impact

AI can't fix a broken product organisation. But it can certainly accelerate a good one. I work with scale-ups and enterprise get serious about building a product organisation that actually works.

I've been helping companies

drive change

Introducing AI can't solve bad product practices. If your teams are shipping the wrong features, AI just helps them ship the wrong features faster. The product operating model matters more now, not less.

At the same time, high performing teams are asking a different (and much more interesting) question: how do we accelerate? How can we use AI to move faster, learn faster, and deliver more value without adding headcount?

I've led product on both sides of this. I bring both the fundamentals of how great product organisations work, and first-hand experience of what changes when AI enters the picture. (Spoiler: less than you'd think, and more than you'd hope.)

Values behind all
of my work.

No bullsh*t

I'll tell you what I actually think, not what you want to hear. If something's broken, you'll know. If an idea won't work, I'll say so (kindly, but clearly).

Systems over symptoms

I don't fix surface problems. I find the underlying dynamics (the incentives, the misalignments, the invisible forces) and work on those instead.

AI-native, not AI-curious

I work with AI every day as part of how I think, decide, and ship. I'll show you what actually works, not what sounds good in a pitch deck.

How I work

Every organisation's dysfunction is unique (I've yet to encounter two that are broken in exactly the same way) so I won't sell you a playbook.

Let's talk

Transformation support

Ongoing engagement

This is my core offering. I start by understanding dynamics of your product organisation: how decisions get made, what's being measured, where the misalignment lives between strategy and execution, and how AI can accelerate versus where it would be a distraction. From there, I design an intervention that combines team workshops, 1:1s with product leaders, and hands-on support reshaping how the organisation operates.

The goal is a product organisation that operates with strategic clarity, delivers against real customer outcomes, and knows how to use AI as a tool rather than treating it as a strategy.

Workshops, remote or in-person

1–3 days, up to 10 attendees

If you're looking for focused, once-off support, I run workshops for leadership and product teams around specific strategic challenges. These are structured around reaching a real decision and leaving with a clear plan. No sticky notes on a wall that everyone forgets about by next week.

Common workshop outcomes include: a product strategy grounded in real customer problems, a north-star metric the whole organisation can align behind, a go-to-market plan that product and commercial teams actually share (revolutionary, I know), a team topology designed around value delivery, or an AI integration strategy that separates opportunity from hype.

I can help your organisation if...

Your product teams are busy but you can't clearly explain what they're delivering or why. Activity is high but outcomes are vague.

You're shipping AI because everyone else is. Deep down you know the strategy is "hope," and hope isn't a strategy.

Your product org needs reshaping and want someone who's done it before to help you do it without breaking everything in the process

You're a founder and aren't sure if your team is working. You don't know what "good" looks like, and you don't have time to figure it out.

You're scaling from one product team to several, and the things that worked before are starting to break. You need to put real process in place.

Your product org is working well, and you want to push further. You're ready to use AI to accelerate, but you want to do it deliberately.

Why me?

I've led product across every stage of company maturity, which means I've seen most of the patterns (and the anti-patterns) at least once.

I've built a team from zero as a technical cofounder of a techstars-backed startup to a product organisation of 30. I've worked as a pure product manager at Glovo, where I learnt the craft of discovery and experimentation, leading the shopping experience for the entire app. I've operated at massive scale at Amazon, driving billions in revenue impact through ML automation while coordinating across 10+ product teams. And I've been a product director at Docplanner, where I rebuilt a broken product area from feature factory to focused AI-native organisation.

I know what good looks like because I've built it in different shapes, in different cultures, under different constraints. And I know what broken looks like because I've inherited it more than once. I'm not a framework salesperson. I'm someone who's been in your seat and can help you see your situation more clearly so you can make the right calls.
